LMT Trainer
This position is part-admin, part-massage. Ideal for an experienced LMT who is looking to diversify their daily massage demands and ease out of full-time massage. This position provides mentoring and training for the rest of the team and supports Anjou’s dynamic menu for seasonal freshness and therapeutic offerings. Additional 3rd-party training is available when developing a new modality that will be trained to the rest of the staff. Will include quality control, assessment and evaluation of the team, issuance of credits, hold/lead department meetings, recruitment of new candidates, support management, and marketing. Massage shifts should be minimum of 8 hrs per week.
Compensation + Benefits: Health and dental insurance, bonuses (hiring + team performance), commission on retail, competitive management wages, and massage service fees.
Licensed Massage Therapist
Clients love coming to Anjou Spa because of the consistent, therapeutic hands of our staff, the beautiful atmosphere of the facility, and our amenities. On-Call Licensed Massage Therapist
Boy, are we busy on Fridays and Saturdays! We’re looking for someone who can step-in in case there are any call-outs; it’s such a bummer for clients to miss out on something they really looked forward to. On-call for Friday or Saturday or both days. Ideal to combine this with a regular massage shift during the remainder of the week.
Compensation + Benefits: Earn $14/hr during on-call hours. Health and dental insurance (offered to full-time shifts only), commission on retail, in-house training, and support, and competitive massage service fees.
Licensed Esthetician
Our FACE Studio has been rolling out excellent new offerings and skincare lines. You won’t get bored here! Join our excellent esthetics team where we stay on top of result-oriented trends and focus on therapeutic benefits as well as improving and maintaining your skin barrier in Central Oregon. Looking for full-time or part-time shifts.

Welcome Desk
Our Customer Service team is looking for friendly, soothing people to help with scheduling, provide guests with a great check-in and check-out experience, keep the facility running well and help with any client issues that may come up. Looking for a team member who can provide 20-30 hrs/week. Our team is very supportive and helps each other out.
