Appointment Scheduling
In order to assure the widest selection of services and times, we highly recommend that you schedule all Spa appointments a minimum of two (2) weeks in advance for weekday bookings, and two to four weeks in advance for weekend or holiday bookings.

Cancellations and Changes
We require a credit card when booking an appointment. Changes to or cancellation of your appointment must be made 24 hours in advance to avoid full charge for the session.

Timeliness
We value your time at Anjou Spa & Salon and want you to take advantage of every moment. Please arrive 30 minutes prior to your appointment time so that you may change into a bamboo fiber robe and spa sandals to enjoy the steam room and our Spa Relaxation Lounge. Arriving early is especially important for your first visit, as you will be asked to complete a spa intake form with questions about your health history and the specific needs and preferences you would like us to attend to during your service.

Your treatment will begin and end promptly at the scheduled times. If you arrive late, we will be unable to give you the full service time so that we can stay on schedule for the convenience of our other guests and employees.

Confidentiality
Please be assured that all personal information collected is for the sole purpose of providing superior client service. This information will be held in the strictest confidence.

Peace and Quiet
For maximum relaxation, we ask that cell phones and pagers be turned off while visiting Anjou Spa & Salon. Please also be mindful of other guests in common areas and refrain from loud conversation.

Comfort Level During the Treatment
If at any time during the treatment you are not completely comfortable, whether it is the pressure of the massage or the volume of the music, simply let the service providers know. This is your time and the service providers are there to make sure your experience is everything that you want it to be.

Payment
Anjou Spa & Salon is pleased to accept cash, personal checks, travelers' checks, Visa, MasterCard and American Express. We also accept Spa Finder gift certificates.

Gift Certificates
 Anjou Spa & Salon Gift Cards are available for all services. If you would like to pre-pay a gratuity, our Spa Desk staff can assist you at the time of purchase. All Anjou Spa & Salon Gift Card sales are final – we are unable to refund, reissue or replace any Gift Cards after the initial sale. Gift Cards may not be purchased or used in conjunction with any special discount or promotion.

Gratuities
Gratuities are not included in Anjou Spa & Salon service prices. If you are pleased with your service, we recommend a gratuity of 15-20%. The gratuity may be paid in cash, by personal check or by credit card.

Children
Children under the age of 12 are not allowed at Anjou Spa & Salon due to safety and noise considerations. Certain treatments can be performed on clients younger than 16 only with parental consent. Our Spa Desk staff can provide you with additional information and answer any questions you may have. Anjou Spa & Salon can arrange for After-Hour Spa Parties for young Teens and other Special Events.  Please contact the Spa Desk for information regarding how to schedule these events.

Personal Belongings
Lockers are provided for our guests in the men's and women's changing rooms. Please leave all personal belongings in your locker during your service. We recommend against bringing jewelry or other valuables to the spa. Although we will do our best to locate and return any personal belongings left or lost at our facility, we cannot be held responsible for the loss of such items.

Product Return Policy
Anjou Spa & Salon will accept the return of any unopened and unused merchandise in its original packaging within 30 days of purchase. All returns must be accompanied with the original sales receipt. We will refund credit card purchases to the original card used. For purchases made by check or cash, we will mail a refund check within five (5) business days of the return.
